Melissa has been teaching nutrition education courses for about 7 years now and finds that it's a great way to help the community make better food choices. She’s worked in a clinical setting, helping patients there lose weight and balance blood sugar for overall strong metabolic health. She’s seen the powerful changes that can happen when added & processed sugars are taken out of the diet.

Due to modern day living and the overwhelming exposure to toxins, Melissa is very adamant about implementing detox programs at least twice a year in order to help the body release toxins that keep the body sick and overweight.  Frequently Asked Questions

  • We will meet once a week for 10 weeks and you’ll also have access to a private group where your instructor can answer any questions you may have.

  • Each week you will receive your educational material for the week. You will also have access to a folder with handouts, guides and assessment forms.

  • We will discuss blood sugar numbers and thyroid markers, so knowing those numbers are always a good idea but not required.

  • You can bring something to drink or a light snack. Besides, that bring an open mind and open heart.
