For years I suffered with the debilitating side effects of both eczema and Hashimoto’s thyroid disease. I was plagued with dry, itchy skin, headaches, and fatigue. I was told eczema was just something I had to live with, and used ointments and creams with no relief.

I know what it’s like to be sick and tired

I started studying nutrition and discovered that certain foods could trigger allergic-like reactions like eczema, and ultimately manifest into more serious conditions including autoimmune diseases.

Conventional medicine did nothing but offer another prescription

I began making little changes to my diet and, to my amazement, actually started seeing my conditions improve. This is when I realized the power of real food. I decided to continue studying and pursue a career in holistic nutrition in order to help others find healing through food.

I knew there had to be another way

I believe the human body is designed to feel good. It is strong and resilient and it can heal itself if you give it the right tools. I will teach you what these tools are so you can heal your body, reach your goals, and live a life that’s full of energy, vitality, and joy.

I believe in the concept of bio-individuality, the belief that each individual is unique and therefore; there is no one perfect diet for everyone. I take into account each person’s bio-individual needs and teach you to listen to your body.
